engineering services provider to a niche engineering specialist in rebuilding,
infrastructure, security & control and property investment & development. With
businesses and operations spanning Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, we are

Under this strong growth segment, we provide building works as well as mechanical
& electrical works to upgrade and convert existing buildings and facilities for
new uses. We have undertaken projects such as upgrading of laboratories and
teaching facilities for universities and polytechnics in Singapore, as well as setting
up IT-enabled classrooms under the Ministry of Education IT Masterplan. We have
also upgraded shopping centres such as Tampines Mall, Market Street Carpark,
SMRT Stations exchange, hospitals, government offices and
commercial & industrial buildings.
An addition to our business portfolio, we have ventured into property
investment & development. Extending our expertise in design, build
and lease, we have acquired land in Singapore for residential and
light industrial development.
In this high value-added segment, we provide engineering services
mainly for the waste & water treatment, land transport, airport
& aerospace engineering sectors. Projects we have completed
include the airfield lighting system for Changi Airport, electrical
installation for MRT stations and mechanical & electrical works for
waste & sewage treatment plants.
We undertake estate & facilities upgrading where we build,
upgrade or manage residential estates in Thailand. In Singapore,
we have upgraded and replaced GRP/FRP domestic water
tanks in commercial & industrial buildings and HDB estates
such as Marine Parade, Aljunied and East Coast. Our clients
include National Housing Authority of Thailand and King
Power International Limited as well as various Town Councils
in Singapore. We are also the sole distributor for Sekisui water
tanks in Singapore.
We offer the latest, customised technological solutions that range
from internal communication systems to major integrated platforms
such as video monitoring & alarm systems, paging & nurse call
systems and fingerprint biometric system. Our clients include Cisco
Security Technology Pte Ltd, Monetary Authority of Singapore,
Institute of Mental Health, Maritime Port Authority of Singapore and
NORDAM Singapore Pte Ltd.
We provide supply chain management, and test and assembly services to customers in the semiconductor industry in Asia. In addition, we offer product management and logistic services from raw materials to final products.
