TEE provides specialise Engineering services mainly in Infrastructure, Construction & Rebuilding, Redevelopment and System Integration. Under this core engineering sector, TEE had proven its capabilities by securing the ongoing prestige projects through its experience track records and its advance quality engineering delivery.
From the experiences and expertise accumulated from the past Infrastructure projects in the aviation and waste & water treatment sector, TEE has also entered into Building Infrastructure by securing the latest local mega projects. TEE has also been awarded by Agency for Science, Technology And Research (A*STAR) for their outfitting package for their research institutes and office in Fusionopolis and the latest Citibank Campus (Project Sindora) in Changi Business Park.
In System Integration, TEE offers full turnkey approach to large-scale system development from System Definition, System Development and System Deployment. By focusing in security surveillance and public address systems for building management, TEE aspires to offer their clients with a one-stop solution for all their systems and commissioning requirements.
In the property development sector, TEE aim to provide quality designed homes to suits the lifestyle for the city dwellers in both Singapore and Thailand. By having its expertise from its Engineering sector, it value adds the Group with a more effective project management system in executing project construction in both residential and commercial development. TEE property projects include The Thomson Duplex, Cantiz@Rambai, Chewathai Ratchaprarop and 33 Changi North Crescent.
TEE manages facilities in both Singapore and Thailand. The newly built Marina Bay Sands workers dormitory in Marina South is designed, built and managed by its subsidiary PBT Engineering Pte Ltd. The communal blocks comprise with recreational facilities and they are able to house up to 4,000 workers.
In Thailand, TEE has been managing residential estate for National Housing Authority of Thailand since 2001 at Rom Klao Estate with 2,431 units of flats and in 2007, TEE is appointed as the managing agent for the King Power Estates. TEE also design and build about 2,000 units of 2 storey low cost houses in Thailand Northeastern provinces of Maha Sarakharm, Nakorn Phanon, Sakon Nakorn and Yasothorn initiated by National Housing Authority.
