Estate & Facilities Management
We manage facilities in both Singapore and Thailand. The newly built Marina Bay Sands (MBS) workers dormitory in Marina South is designed, built and managed by our subsidiary PBT Engineering Pte Ltd. The communal block comprises of a dining hall, gym and other recreational facilities and they are able to house up to 4,000 workers.
In Thailand, our associate, Oscar Management Co., Ltd, secure a contract from National Housing Authority of Thailand in 2001 to lease the property and estate management at Rom Klao Estate. In 2004, we have achieved more than 90% occupancy rate of the 2,431 rooms in the Rom Klao Estate and was granted an extension to manage the estate for another 6 years.
Maintenance Services
We do upgrading and maintenance of electrical and air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems for commercial
and residential properties in Singapore.
We have completed projects for the upgrading of electrical installations and ACMV systems in universities, government offices
and shopping malls.Our clients include SMRT Trains Ltd, Maritime Port Authority of Singapore, JTC Corporation, Cold Storage Singapore (1983) Pte Ltd, Bright Vision Hospital, etc.
We have acquired the necessary skill sets to supply and install water tanks for HDB estates, private apartments, shopping malls and industrial plants. In 2005, We were appointed the Sole Agent for Sekisui Aqua System Co.,Ltd . from Japan. (www.sps-int.com)
