Estate and Facilities Management

We manage facilities in both Singapore and Thailand. The newly built Marina Bay Sands workers dormitory in Marina South is designed, built and managed by our subsidiary PBT Engineering Pte Ltd. The communal block comprises of a dining hall, gym and other recreational facilities and they are able to house up to 4,000 workers.

In Thailand, our associate, Oscar Management Co., Ltd, secure a contract from National Housing Authority of Thailand in 2001 to lease the property and estate management at Rom Klao Estate. In 2004, we have achieved more than 90% occupancy rate of the 2,431 rooms in the Rom Klao Estate and was granted an extension to manage the estate for another 6 years. We are also appointed managing agent for the King Power Estates since 2007.
