Pte Ltd with an approximate gross floor area of 12,500 sqm
and a single storey industrial facilities with mezzanine floor
for INNOValues Precision (Thailand) Limited with a approximate
gross floor area of 10,000 sqm.
Besides Industrial projects, we have also completed the turnkey
project for Marina Bay Sands™ workers accommodation with
recreational facilities in Marina South which is able to house
up to 4000 workers within a construction period of 4 months.
Further to our accomplishment, we are awarded to the outfitting
packages for Agency for Science, Technology And Research (A*STAR)
for their Research Institutes and office in Fusionopolis and
the latest Citibank Campus premises in Changi Business Park.
